How do I access courses? Open
Open the Catalog, select a course, and enroll. Your favorites are saved in your browser, and your progress stays available on this device.
Tip
Bookmark the course page for quick access later.
Troubleshooting
If you cleared browser storage, favorites may reset.
Do you offer refunds? Open
Yes. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact us with your order email and the course name. We’ll review your request and respond promptly.
Note
Refunds may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Is the site accessible? Open
We prioritize strong contrast, keyboard navigation, and descriptive content. If anything is hard to use with your setup, send us the page link and your device/browser details.

Do you provide certificates? Open
Some courses include a completion certificate. If a certificate is available, you’ll see it in the course page details. If you don’t see it, you can still request a confirmation email after finishing.
What payment methods do you accept? Open
We support common card payments and region-friendly options where available. If your payment fails, try another browser/device or contact your bank to approve the transaction.
